WinkU does not intend to create account for users who are under the age of 18 years old or other age of majority as required by the laws of the country of your domicile or 18 if you use our live streaming services. So please do not use WinkU and WinkU Services if you are under such age requirement.

In order to provide WinkU Services, and improve the user experience and security of WinkU Services, we will collect, record, store, adapt, use, share or otherwise process your personal information, when you register a WinkU account and use WinkU Services.
You consent to provide some or all of the following personal information for WinkU Services when you create an account on the App and use WinkU Services:
Registration information, such as your username, age, profile images, self-introduction, phone number, email, password, social media information, etc.;
User generated contents (“UGC”), including photographs, livestreams, videos, audio recordings, hashtags, virtual item content, comments, messages, code or other data or materials that you upload, distribute or stream on the App when you use WinkU Services;
Voice and facial data, while you use some features provided by us to create special effects or emojis for your streaming section or pictures that you uploaded on WinkU Services. We need to identify such biometric information to support your use of these features, however such data will only be processed offline (such as on your device) to fulfill the special effects or emojis. We will not transfer, store or use it for other purposes unless we have obtained your explicit consent. Further, we will not use such data for marketing or advertising, nor will we share such data with any third party. However, please be noted that certain features cannot be activated if you do not give your consent, but your access to other features of WinkU will not be affected;
Messages, which include information you provide when you compose, send, or receive messages through WinkU’s messaging functionalities. They include comments you post on other users’ profiles or UGC pages and messages you send through our chat functionality. Such information includes the content of the message (private chats excluded) and the messaging log, such as when it was sent, received, or read, and message participants. Please be aware that messages you choose to send to other WinkU users will be accessible by those users and that we are not responsible for the manner in which those users use or share the messages;
Your location data, with your permission. Your refusing of such permission will not affect your ability to search or locate specific locations manually. You may change the access to your location data via the settings on your mobile device;
Your opt-in choices and correspondence with us, such as information used to verify your account or to resolve your feedbacks or complaints;
Your installed application data, with your permission. We use your installed application list to refine our content recommendation algorithms and provide you with more personalized content recommendations;
Purchase information, such as orders, payment information, billing and shipping address, etc.;
Your consent of the usage of microphone, camera when you use certain web-based programs or games, which you may withdraw at any time;
Information you provide when participating in in-app surveys and activities; and
Information you provide from such third-party social media when you create a WinkU account by connecting with a third-party social media, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or if you link a WinkU account with a third-party social media account. The third party’s collection, use and disclosure of your information will be subject to that third-party service’s privacy policy.
The following information may be used automatically for providing you better Services:
Network activity information, such as your browsing history (your visiting logs, etc.), search history, the date and time of visits to your profile, your subscriptions, and information regarding your interaction with other users (for details, please refer to the scenario “message” under the previous Section);
Information about you from third-party service providers, such as advertising partners and data analytics providers;
Historical records of your purchases on WinkU;
Device information and device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, brand, model and serial number of your mobile device, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language setting, and media access control addresses;
Metadata, associating with the UGC you provided us, which describes other data and provides information about how, when, and by whom the piece of UGC was collected and how that UGC was formatted, such as hashtags used to label the keywords to the video and captions; and
Cookies, small pieces of data to enable us to provide certain features, which are collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use WinkU Services, enhance your experience using WinkU Services, and provide you with targeted advertising on WinkU Services and elsewhere across your different devices. We may preserve and share with our advertising, marketing, and analytics business partners de-identified device information or statistics, such as de-identified mobile advertising identifiers, which cannot be used to identify you. We may also, based on the collected data, produce and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. Aggregated data is de-identified data even though it may be derived from your personal information. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature, to generate statistics about our users, or to calculate ad impressions served or clicked on. Such information would help us in better analyzing, measuring and improving the effectiveness of advertisements, promotions, and related services.

our technology partners to help in preventing illegal uses, increasing user numbers, operating system development, engineering and analysis of information or for our internal business purposes;

When you use our products or services, certain information may be collected by third-party SDKs. This information can include, but is not limited to, device identifiers, usage data, and network information.

You have the right to delete your account at any time. If you choose to delete your account, all personal information associated with it, including your profile data, messages, and any other content you have posted, will be permanently removed from our platform. Please note that this action is irreversible, and once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
To delete your account, you may click Me>Settings>Account Deletion or contact our support team. After receiving your request, we will process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe, and ensure that your data is securely removed from our systems.

WinkU Services is not directed to children, and if you are under the age of 18 years old or other age of majority as required by the laws of the country of your domicile or 18 if you use our live streaming services, you may not create a WinkU account or use WinkU Services except under guardianship of your parents or other guardians and you have read this Privacy Policy carefully.
We will only collect, use, share or disclose children's personal information as permitted by law, with the express consent of a parent or other guardian, or as necessary to protect the children. We provide a separate experience for children, in which we collect and process only limited information.
We may amend any of the terms of the privacy policy by posting the terms. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy, which reflects the effective date of such policy. Your continued access to or use of WinkU Services after the date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
